Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We offer a flat rate of $15.99 on all orders under $74.99. Any order $74.99 and over receives free shipping. We reserve the right to use the carrier of our choice for each individual order. We are currently using FedEx. Your order total will display the flat rate you pay if your order did not qualify for free shipping. If an order was placed after 3:30pm ET on Friday, or over a holiday, the order will be processed the next business day.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping on orders placed online. If you would like an item to be expedited please call the office at 513-248-2668 ext 102, to discuss the best method with a sales associate.
Orders usually ship within a one-two week time frame. However, if an item needs to be reordered from the manufacturer, shipping times will be extended slightly. If this is the case, or the item you ordered becomes backordered, you will receive an email or phone call confirming that you would still like to receive that item. No extra shipping charges will apply to you.
*Products usually leaves our facility within 1-3 days. Once they have left our facility, please allow an additional 1-3 days for delivery from the carrier. These ship times are not guaranteed, especially during the holiday season. We do our very best to get your items to you as fast as possible. If you absolutely need to have an item expedited call 513-248-2668. You may pay for the expedited shipping fee over the phone. This is done on a case per case basis until we have the sophisticated software to allow our awesome customers to choose shipping speeds online themselves. I know, we are meanies.
You may receive a shipment directly from our suppliers. The package slip numbers and other information may not match with your original invoice (don’t panic). You may call us with any questions or concerns at 1-513-248-2668 (ext 102 - Internet Sales).
If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in multiple shipments because of varying availability and shipping locations. We do not charge you extra shipping for split shipments.
We currently only ship within the Continental U.S.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept foreign currency or credit cards with billing information that is out of the United States. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
Because we are growing our online presence, and have limited stocking space, your items may arrive in a package that was not its original. We do not sell used goods, and the packaging may be different because we do not have space to store all boxes. If you have any concerns about this (especially around the holidays because of gifts) please contact us at 1-513-248-2668 ext 102.
- Copy of receipt must accompany return packaging. We want to give your money back, and we can't do it if we don't know who returned the items. If you threw it away like most of us, don't sweat it, call us at 513-248-2668 and we will help you track it down. Also, make sure we have your updated contact info. If you changed it since your order was placed and we cannot issue credit for some crazy reason, we want to be able to call you. Thanks!
- No returns on worn goods. Items must be in original unused and resalable condition. If item is not in resalable condition, refund will not be issued. Customer is responsible for shipping costs if they wish to have the item(s) returned to them.
- All returns must be within 30 days of the receipt date.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. No postage due returns will be accepted and original shipping charges are non-refundable. (For your protection, we recommend you insure the package for its full value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen goods while in transit to our facility. Make sure you keep your tracking number. You never know when that will come in handy.)
- Items that were special ordered may be subject to a restocking fee (fee varies by manufacturer). You will know if your item was special ordered. You have to call to place an order for those items.

- Please provide [a copy of] the original receipt when returning item to one of our stores. The people on the sales floor don't always have easy access to online customer information. We know how annoying that is and are dying to change that. But for the time being, please bring your receipt. If your sales associates has to call the Internet Dept, they will, but you might have to wait and humans don't tend to like that much. Either way, we will be here to help!

*Please allow 14 days to receive and process your return. Adjustments to credit cards are seen within two billing cycles.
You may place another order immediately, or wait until your refund has been processed and completed before placing another order. Either way you have to place a new order so there is a record and paper trail of some kind. We don’t want to get an item back and not realize we are supposed to be sending something out in response. Plus, there is always a chance the item you wanted is no longer available and that would be apocalypse awful. If it isn't available on the website anymore, give us a call and we can try to special order the item for you! 513-248-2668.
An order may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting us at 513-248-2668 ext.102; shipment confirmations are sent via email soon after items have shipped. Once shipped, an item may be returned for credit (see returns section). Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if the order is suspected to be fraudulent under any circumstance.

*Please note that we have a brick and mortar location where we store our inventory. Space is limited and we recycle our boxes to help the impact on the environment. If you come into one of our locations you will notice all of our boots are stored on shelves, out of their boxes, both for easy browsing for the customer, and to provide space for more boots! Not all boxes are kept (due to limited space) and you may receive your item in a box other than its original. We do not sell used goods, and we make every effort to find a box that is appropriate for the item ordered. If you are buying the item as a gift and would like to have the original manufacturers packaging, please call the corporate office (1-513-248-2668 ext.102) so an order can be placed for an original packaged item (please note shipping time will be extended with this method). We appreciate your patience with this cork, we are growing and looking to acquire more space to store original packaging.
